Take photos or videos that clearly demonstrate the defect, damage or discrepancy with what was ordered.
2. Contact Support, accessing your order details and describing the situation in detail.
3. Consult the seller's return policies to understand your rights regarding returns, refunds or replacements.
4. Submit a return request from the order page, making sure you respect the deadlines for submitting the request.
5. Prepare the product for return shipment according to the instructions received from the seller. Keep a proof of shipment.After sending the product back or providing all the necessary information, wait for the seller and/or Bazr to process your request.
