Outside of live sessions, however, direct interactions between users, Creators and brands are not provided directly on the platform. However, if you need to contact a Creator or brand for any reason, you can do so through Support. The team can assist you with your request and, if necessary, put you in touch with the Creator or brand or forward your questions.
