Once you have received confirmation of your order on Bazr, the option to make any changes depends on the order status:
- Order "In Process": If the status of your order is still "In Process," you have the option to proceed with the cancellation of the order. This will allow you, if necessary, to place a new order with the desired changes.
- Order "Shipped": Once the order status changes to "Shipped," it's no longer possible to make direct changes to the order itself, as the product is already being delivered.
- Order "Completed": When the status changes to "Completed," it means that the order has been delivered. At this point, if you need to make changes, such as changing the product or size, the only available option is to proceed with the return of the product, in line with the seller's return policies.
