1. Make sure you have enabled notifications in the "Notification Settings" section of your account. Select both push and email notifications to ensure you receive all important updates, including shipping status.
2. Check that your internet connection is stable. Sometimes, connectivity issues can prevent shipping information from loading correctly.
3. Try closing and reopening the Bazr app. This may resolve temporary display issues.
4. If you have email notifications enabled, check your inbox for an order confirmation email, which may include shipping status details.
5. Visit the "My Orders" section of your account to see if there are any shipping status updates that are not displaying correctly elsewhere.
