1. Once you have logged in to your account, navigate to the settings section, accessible via the icon on the bottom right with your profile picture.
2. In the "E-commerce" section, select the "Orders" category, where you can view all the purchases you have made.
3. Search for the specific order for which you have requested a return and click on it to open the order details.
4. Within the order details, you will find information regarding the current status of your return request. Here you will be able to see if the return has been accepted, if the product is waiting to be received by the seller, if the refund has been processed, or if the return has been refused.
