A return can be refused for various reasons:
- Out of time:
The product was returned after the permitted withdrawal period, which is generally 30 days from the communication of the intention to exercise the right of withdrawal.
- Product condition:
The returned product is not in the same condition in which it was sent, for example it is damaged, used or missing original parts/accessories.
- Violation of the Vendor's return policies:
Each seller may have specific requirements for returns, such as the original packaging or the inclusion of all accessories. If these conditions are not met, the seller may reject the return.
- Excluded product:
Some types of products may be excluded from the possibility of return, such as personalized or customized items, digital products or perishable goods.
- Missing documentation:
Lack of documentation required for the return, such as the purchase receipt or the completed return form.
