The difference between Vendor and Creator accounts is mainly about the role and features available on the app.
Creator Account:
- Authorization process: Creators have to go through an authorization and onboarding process for the Bazr team to evaluate their profile.
- Main features: A Creator account allows you to create and manage live streams, either launching them right away or scheduling them for a later date. It also allows you to access live details (past, scheduled, and drafts) and explore the catalog of items uploaded by Vendors.
Dashboard: Creators can access a dedicated dashboard, which offers a complete overview of sales stats generated during lives, earning percentages, and other useful metrics to monitor their success on the platform.
Vendor Account:
- Authorization process: Vendors have to go through an authorization and onboarding process for the Bazr team to make sure their products and services comply with the platform's standards.
- Main features: A Vendor account is designed for those who want to sell their products or services, making them available for Creators to promote through live streams.
- Dashboard: Vendor can access a dedicated dashboard (via mobile or desktop devices) that allows them to monitor their sales, view the main performance indicators (KPIs), check their earnings and platform fees, and manage orders.
Main differences:
- Creator accounts are focused on the production of live content to promote products or services and earn a commission on the sales they generate.
- Vendor accounts are focused on the sale of products or services and have the opportunity to collaborate with Creators to enhance visibility and sales through live streams.
Both types of accounts require the user to be registered on Bazr and, after activation from the profile settings, offer access to specific features that allow the users to leverage the opportunities offered by the platform.
