If you encounter a connection or network error on Bazr:
1. Check your internet connection and make sure your device is connected. Try browsing other web pages or launching another app that requires a connection to confirm that your network is active.
2. Restart your device. Often, the good old “turn it off and on again” can fix temporary connection problems.
3. Check your network settings and make sure they haven’t been accidentally changed. For example, check if you’re connected to the right network or if any active VPNs might be interfering with the connection.
4. Try a different connection. Connect via a different Wi-Fi network or use mobile data to see if the problem persists.
5. Temporarily disable firewalls or antivirus software. Some security software can block the connection. Try temporarily disabling them, but be sure to re-enable them immediately afterwards to keep your device protected.
6. Check your version of the Bazr app and make sure you’re using the latest update.
If the problem persists after these steps, contact your internet service provider.
